Good morning!

We have a lot going on right now, and the countdown has begun! This is our last week before Spring Break. Spring Break will be April 6-10. Have a restful break! CRCT will begin April 20. Please make sure your child goes to sleep early and eats a good breakfast.

We have begun a new reinforcement activity. Your child will receive a hole punch on a card when he/she is caught being good. Once your child earns 25 hole punches, he/she will earn a little something special!

Monday Morning Message 2/2/09

Love is in the air! We will be exchanging our class valentines and book buddy valentines on Friday, Feb. 13th. I gave out the class name list today (Monday)on red paper. Book Buddy names are going home on Tuesday. We ask that students please bring a valentine for every member of our class if they chose to pass them out. Also, students may make special valentine's for their other friends in other classes. They will be able to pass them out before the day is over! This is not a party or celebration, so please do not bring in any food (cupcakes, large snacks, etc.) I am sure a small treat attached to the valentines is plenty. Thank you in advance.

If you are able to, our class could use some materials to help us decorate our valentine's bags. We could use: red and pink paper (construction paper), pink/red heart stickers, glitter, lace heart doilies, etc. Mrs. Wilson and I are purchasing some of the materials, but we could always use some help. Thanks!

Due to the new, and successful, homework packets that have been coming home, our blog has suffered a little from negligence. We will still use the blog to update you on school happenings, etc. However, the HW will no longer be posted here.

Book Buddies: Due to Mrs. Anderson's husband being really sick recently, we have not been invited up to read. I will be checking in with her again after conferences settle down to set up and resume our schedule.
